At Smith Optics, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return your items in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and insured transit.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, including all tags, cases, and protective films, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
